The Liverpool midfielder joined the Dutch camp for their upcoming Nations League quarter-final clash against Spain.
However, Gravenberch will not play a part during the international break.
“Ryan Gravenberch has left the Oranje’s training camp this evening,” a statement from the Netherlands said.
“The midfielder is still suffering from an injury sustained over the weekend that prevents him from playing in the matches against Spain. Take care, Ryan!”
The 22-year-old started in their 2-1 Carabao Cup final defeat against Newcastle on Sunday.
Gravenberch has made 41 appearances for Liverpool this season and been a huge part of their Premier League title challenge.
