The Chase star Darragh ‘The Menace’ Ennis has come up with another incredibly difficult football quiz – this time on goalkeepers.
The 44-year-old, who first appeared on the ITV show as a contestant before impressing bosses enough to earn a coveted spot as a Chaser, has gone viral on TikTok several times over recent months for his five-question quizzes.
Earlier this week, he asked users five questions about transfers across Premier League history – that being from 1992 onwards.

This time around, Ennis – who is on TikTok as @bonesgiles – has branched out into the world of football, more specifically goalkeepers.

Ennis’ first question was to ask which goalkeeper, other than Petr Cech, has won the Premier League’s Golden Glove award – for the least goals conceded in a season – on four occasions since it was introduced in 2005.
Fans might have thought of a number of possible answers for this one, including Liverpool’s Alisson, Manchester City’s Ederson and former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.
But the answer was in fact Joe Hart, who picked up the award in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015 while playing for Manchester City.
Question two asked which goalkeeper had made the most appearances in football history, with 1,393 recorded matches.
The answer was England shot-stopper Peter Shilton, who played professionally until the age of 47.
Ennis then asked which goalkeeper spent three matches on loan at Carlisle United in 1999, scoring the goal which kept them in the Football League – and effectively consigned relegation rivals Scarborough to extinction.
The iconic moment belongs to Jimmy Glass, who was on loan from Swindon Town. It would be one of his last professional games as he retired a year later to run a taxi company.
Question four surrounded the Premier League goalkeeper who last scored a goal in the English top flight. The answer, as many will surely recall, was Alisson, who scored a last-minute equaliser with an incredible header for Liverpool in their 1-1 draw with West Brom in 2021.
And question five required users to answer which England women’s goalkeeper has earned the nickname ‘The Queen of Stops’. The answer was the current Lionesses’ number one Mary Earps – with the nickname being a play on words of ‘Mary, Queen of Scots’.

The Chase star, Darragh Ennis, has challenged fans on their Premier League knowledge with one particular question proving to be very difficult.
Over the weekend, Ennis took to social media platform TikTok to ask five questions about the Premier League.
The Irishman said in a video: “Can you beat a quiz by The Menace? This time it’s a football quiz and it’s on the Premier League in the 2020s. I bet you won’t get all five!”
Ennis went on to ask the five questions, which were:
1. Which player has scored the most Premier League goals in the 2020s?
2. Which team has finished the season with the lowest points total in this decade?
3. In the past five years, which club has spent the most on transfer fees?
4. Which is the only club with a net profit in the transfer market this decade?
5. Which team did Manchester United beat 9-0 in the biggest margin of victory in the league this decade?
After asking the questions, The Menace added: “So, how did that go? Are you like Rodri or more of a plonker like Rodney Trotter?”
Reacting in the comments section, most fans were caught out by the fourth question, which was to name the only club with a net profit in the transfer market, the club in question was Brighton and Hove Albion.
One fan said: “4/5- thought City might have been the team to make profit.”
Another commented: “4/5 went with Brentford for net profit,” Ennis replied: “They might well soon. I think big offers will come in for a few of their players in the summer.”
A third fan added: “4/5. Went for Brentford over Brighton. Silly in hindsight.”
Someone else wrote: “4/5 thought Liverpool was net positive but I guess last season changed that…”
